At IBA UK, safe practice is at the core of everything we do. We’re therefore pleased that our commitment to Health & Safety has been recognised and independently verified through Alcumus  SafeContractor accreditation.

IBA UK has once again been awarded Silver SafePQQ verification. This means that our company has achieved excellence in health and safety in the workplace, meeting extremely rigorous standards in health and safety management.

Alcumus SafeContractor is a leading third party accreditation scheme in the field. It is used by thousands of organisations in the UK including SMEs and FTSE 100 companies. Under the SafeContractor scheme, businesses undergo a vetting process which examines
health and safety procedures and their track record for safe practice. Those companies
meeting the high standard are included on a database, which is accessible to registered users only via a website

What does Silver SafePQQ award mean for our clients?

In practice, our accreditation means that anyone using our services – whether as an individual or an organisations — can be confident that our health and safety standards are exemplary.

As Gemma Archibald, Director of Alcumus SafeContractor comments, “Major organisations simply cannot  afford to run the risk of employing contractors who are not able to prove that they have sound health and safety policies in place.”
